Visa applications

How do I apply for a visa?

Choose your destination, open the visa you need and select “Apply Now”. The form has two steps: the travellers and their documents, then your contact details. When you submit it we email you a reference number and a link to your application page.

Which documents do I need?

Every visa page lists its own requirements, and the application form asks for exactly those documents for each traveller. Documents marked as required must be uploaded before the form can be sent; optional ones can be added later from your application page.

What kind of files can I upload?

JPG, PNG or PDF files of up to 5 MB each. Scans and photos should be clear, in colour and show the whole page.

Why does the form fill in my details from the passport scan?

To save you typing. The scan is read in your own browser, so it is not sent anywhere to be read. Please check every field before you continue, the name in particular, and correct anything that is wrong.

Can several people apply together?

Yes. Add each traveller to the same application, up to nine people. Each traveller has their own details and documents, and the total updates as you add them.

Does Visaboo decide whether my visa is approved?

No. We check your documents, prepare the application and submit it for you, but the decision is made by the embassy or the immigration authority of the country you are visiting. Nobody can guarantee an approval.

How long does processing take?

It depends on the country and the type of visa. The usual processing time is shown on each visa page; it is an estimate, and an embassy can take longer or ask for more documents. Apply well before your travel date.

Tracking your application

How do I check the status of my application?

Open the tracking page and enter your reference number together with the email address or phone number you applied with. You can also use the link in the email we sent you.

I have lost my reference number. What can I do?

Look for our confirmation email, which has both the reference and the link. If you cannot find it, contact us with the name and phone number on the application and we will help you.

Can I add a document after I have applied?

Yes. Your application page has an upload box for anything that is still missing or that we ask you for.

Do I need an account?

No. There is nothing to register and no password to remember. The link in your email opens your application, so please do not share that email with anyone you would not show the application to.

Flights, tours, hotels and Umrah

Is my flight booked as soon as I send the form?

Not yet. The form is a booking request: our team checks the fare and seat with the airline and contacts you to confirm before a ticket is issued. You can follow the request on the flight tracking page.

How do I book a tour, a hotel or an Umrah package?

Choose your dates and the number of travellers on the page and select “Book Now”. This sends us an enquiry, and a consultant gets back to you to confirm availability and the final price.

Is the price on the page the final price?

It is our current price for the dates and travellers you chose. Airline fares, room rates and embassy fees can change, so we confirm the amount with you before you pay.

Payment and support

How can I pay?

We accept cash, bKash, Nagad, bank transfer and card. A consultant will tell you how and when to pay once your application or booking has been checked. Nothing is charged through the website.

Can I cancel and get a refund?

That depends on how far the application or booking has gone. Please read our refund policy, or ask us before you pay.

How do you look after my personal information?

The documents you upload are stored privately and are only seen by the staff handling your application. See our privacy policy for the details.

How do I reach you?

By phone, WhatsApp or email, or with the form on the contact page. We usually reply within one working day.
