About these terms
These terms apply when you use visaboo.com or ask Visaboo (“we”, “us”) to arrange a visa, a flight, a tour, a hotel or an Umrah package for you. By sending an application, a booking request or an enquiry you accept them on behalf of yourself and every traveller you include.
We may change these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you send your application or request is the one that applies to it.
Our services
Visaboo is a travel agency based in Bangladesh. We help you prepare and submit visa applications, and we arrange flights, tours, hotels and Umrah packages with airlines, hotels and other suppliers on your behalf.
We are not an embassy, a consulate, an immigration authority or an airline. The decision to issue a visa is made by the authorities of the country you are visiting, and travel services are provided by the supplier concerned, under their own conditions.
Visa applications
You must give complete, true and current information, and upload clear copies of genuine documents. An application with false or altered documents will be stopped, and we may report it where the law requires.
We check your documents against the requirements we know of and submit the application for you, but we cannot guarantee that a visa will be issued, how long the embassy will take or what validity it will grant. An embassy may ask for more documents, an interview or biometrics at any time.
Processing times on the site are estimates. Apply well before your travel date and do not buy non-refundable tickets or bookings until your visa has been issued.
A visa does not guarantee entry: the immigration officer at the border makes the final decision.
Flights, tours, hotels and Umrah packages
A flight booking request, or “Book Now” on a tour, hotel or Umrah package, is a request, not a confirmed booking. Our team checks availability and the price with the supplier and contacts you; the booking is only confirmed once we have told you so and received payment.
Names must be entered exactly as they appear in the passport. A ticket or booking issued with the name you gave us may not be changeable afterwards, or only for a fee.
Each airline, hotel and tour operator has its own conditions on changes, cancellations, baggage and check-in. We will tell you the main conditions of your booking before you pay; they become part of your agreement.
You are responsible for having a valid passport, the visas and health documents needed for your trip, and for arriving on time for every flight, check-in and departure.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Airline fares, room rates, embassy fees and exchange rates can change until a booking is confirmed or an application is submitted, so we confirm the final amount with you before you pay.
A visa is priced as three fees for each traveller: the Visa Fee (paid to the embassy or immigration authority, which sets it), our Management Fee and the Platform Fee. The breakdown is shown on the visa page, the application form and your application page.
We accept cash, bKash, Nagad, bank transfer and card. Nothing is charged through the website. Work starts once the agreed payment has been received.
Cancellations and refunds
What can be refunded depends on how far your application or booking has gone and on the supplier’s own rules. Once a visa application has been submitted its fees are not refundable, whatever the decision. See our refund policy for the details.
Your documents and personal information
The documents and details you send are used to process your application or booking and are shared only with the embassies, authorities and suppliers that need them. Uploaded documents are stored privately and seen only by the staff handling your request. See our privacy policy.
The link to your application page works like a key: anyone with it can see the application. Keep the email we send you private.
Our responsibility
We take reasonable care in everything we arrange for you. We are not responsible for a visa being refused or delayed, for a decision at the border, or for the acts, delays, cancellations or changes of airlines, hotels and other suppliers, or for events beyond our control such as strikes, bad weather, illness or changes in government rules.
Where we are responsible, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service concerned, as far as the law allows.
Using this website
The information on this site is given in good faith, but visa rules and travel conditions change often. Check the requirements with us before you rely on them.
You may not use the site for anything unlawful, send false applications or enquiries, or try to reach parts of it that are not meant for the public.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any dispute falls under the courts of Bangladesh.
